Bathroom with washbasin, toilet and clawfoot tub.
Ski locker in residence.
SEASON RENTAL CONDITIONS :
Water: Flat rate of 50€/month and electricity on meter reading invoiced in addition at the end of the season - Tenant charges
950 deposit (cashed before arrival) and insurance certificate required on arrival.
Household and bed linen not included, nor end-of-season cleaning and laundry.
ACCESS TO BALCONIES PROHIBITED:
Please be advised that legal proceedings are in progress at Forêt du Praz.
Access to balconies is forbidden until further notice.
A survey meeting on December 11, 2019 found that the balcony railings were damaged.
As a result, the safety of people who might happen to be on them is at risk.
