SMALL RESIDENCE WITH INCREDIBLE VIEWS, LOCATED IN THE BELLECÔTE DISTRICT NEAR THE CENTER OF COURCHEVEL 1850 AND THE BELLECÔTE SLOPE.
4-room apartment of approx. 110m² for up to 8 or 9 people; located on the first floor (no elevator) of a small 2-unit residence with access via a small slope to the outside. It has an east-facing ground-floor terrace (not cleared of snow in winter).
North-east-facing living-dining room with magnificent views over the valley features a fireplace (open hearth and wood available on site), 2 sofas and television.
Separate rustic kitchen equipped with vitroceramic hob, traditional oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, raclette and fondue machines, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing-machine dryer.
BEDROOMS:
- 1 Bedroom-En suite with double bed features superb views with a Queen size bed (160 cm) and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin.
- 1 Junior bedroom with 2 bunk beds (80 cm) + 1 trundle bed.
The high bed is not suitable for children under 6.

Ski storage space next to the residence entrance, on the (right) side of the apartment door.
Covered "BELLECÔTE" public parking lot (paying in winter only) and ski slope 150 m from the apartment.
RENTAL CONDITIONS :
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 30/04 only, otherwise extra.
Towels and end-of-stay cleaning not included and on request.
Deposit required on arrival.
Pets not allowed.
