In the allotment "ESTIVE" not far from the escalator leading to Coruchevel Moriond center, pleasant chalet with traditionnal "lauze" roof and wooden and stoned facade.
This 4 bedrooms chalet for 8 persons of 105 sq-meter on 3 levels is exposed South, West and East with several balconies and terraces.
On the top floor you will find a cosy and bright living area with sitting-room leading to a balcony and a terrace, a fire place and a dining room.
The open plan kitchen is equiped with 4 vitroceramic hobs, cooking hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer.
